I am passionate about providing quality early childhood education to children, parents and families.

My experiences with children realized me that they learn best when they feel respected and valued. Children want and also need to be included in decision making, which will give them a sense of feeling that they are one of the important stakeholders in decision making. Therefore for optimum success at learning their specific needs must be met out. I believe that children learn by linking their past experiences, interactions with other people and objects including their surrounding environment. Social interaction, particularly dialogue between children and adults is the tool through which specific cultural values, customs, and beliefs are passed on from generation to generation.

All events in the early years of a child life mould his or her all learning and life experience. During early childhood, success or failure lays the foundation for success or failure in school ultimately leading to success or failure in post-school learning.

Each child is an individual with unique needs, interests and strengths. In their own time, every child will achieve milestones in their learning and development therefore, it is important to cater for each child. Therefore, being an early childhood teacher, I need to keep in mind the intellectual maturity and availability of information to children while choosing the best interest of a child.
